The Republican Party pulled out all the stops in the Wisconsin special election, on a panoply of dirty electoral tricks, and outright crimes. All intended to confuse people about where and when and how to vote. Targeting elderly Democrats and other likely Dem voters with intentionally misleading "voter information".
At least it's easier in Maryland. Not sure if you are Andy Harris' constituent? Look at your voter registration, and your income tax return. Are you both Republican, and in the topmost tax bracket? Andy's your "boy". In fact, you don't even need to have a voter registration in Maryland; if you, your PAC, or your corporation have a big enough cancelled check written to Harris' campaign, you are Andy Harris' constituent!
